If you practice law, you’ll appreciate that we are organized in teams of like practice, but not constrained by that management technique. You’ll find it easy to join interdisciplinary teams to benefit from our niche marketing initiatives, as well as to develop a focused specialty that taps into your skills and interests. We do ask attorneys to maintain a minimum of 1,800 billable hours per year and paralegals a minimum of 1,500 billable hours. We make it possible for you to hone your legal skills through professional development with a variety of in-house CLE seminars and services. Additionally, you are provided with a CLE allowance and marketing efforts with a small personal client relationship development fund.

You’ll work on some of the latest technology with the support of an Information Technology department of engineers, facilitators and help desk analysts. You will have access to a desktop or laptop computer and blackberry™ services along with a suite of useful software to manage your workflow, time records, trial exhibits and case presentations.

You’ll benefit from strong supervision and guidance from attorneys who have demonstrated their management skills and to whom the firm offers specific management training. All lawyers and staff have annual performance evaluations. Some junior associates also have mid-year check-ins.
