Cecil Creasey is Chair of the Workers' Compensation practice group and concentrates his practice on employment related issues and litigation.

In addition to his management duties , Cecil focuses a considerable portion of his practice on workers' compensation litigation involving:

• Injuries by accident/occupational diseases
• Willful misconduct
• Third-party recoveries
• Cumulative trauma
• Medical treatment and expense
• Permanent and total disability

Cecil has extensive experience practicing before all levels of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission statewide.

Cecil serves as an administrative hearing officer by appointment from the Supreme Court of Virginia and also serves, by appointment of the Supreme Court, on medical malpractice review panels. He served as a past chair of the workers' compensation section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and he is a frequent lecturer to business and professional groups on employment issues. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Of Richmond and its foundation.
