Dawn Bishop has exclusively practiced workers' compensation litigation for 24 years. Since coming to Sands Anderson in November of 1992, she has represented many different insurance carriers as well as many self-insured companies. Dawn handles evidentiary hearings as well as appeals to the Full Commission. Dawn has spoken to a variety of groups on workers' compensation issues over the years and conducts regular seminars for carriers and employers.

Before coming to Sands Anderson, she was a staff attorney for Travelers Insurance Company, operating out of the Richmond, Virginia office. In that capacity, she handled workers' compensation cases exclusively.

Prior to handling defense work, Dawn was a sole practitioner who represented claimants in workers' compensation cases.
