Andrew Biondi is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation group. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation and professional liability defense.

Andrew's experience includes representation of:

creditors in enforcement actions and post-judgment collection procedures in both state and federal courts;
commercial and residential landlords in claims for unlawful detainer, etc.;
attorneys, real estate agents and appraisers in defense of malpractice and regulatory claims;
brokerage firms or their customers in court cases and arbitration or mediation proceedings before FINRA and AAA;
creditors and "debt collectors" in defense of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act claims;
nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers in enforcing admissions agreements;
plaintiffs and defendants in defamation actions; and
businesses alleging or defending contract claims and business torts.

Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law where he was a member of the McNeill Society and was also the Manuscripts Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law & Technology. He has been listed among Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite (Lawyer under 40) and as a Virginia Super Lawyer "Rising Star," Andrew is a native of Bloomfield, New Jersey.
