Andrew Biondi - Associate
 

Andrew Biondi is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation team.  He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation and professional liability defense.  

Andrew's experience includes representation of:

  • attorneys and real estate professionals in defense of malpractice and regulatory claims;
  • brokerage firms or their customers in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulation Authority;
  • business owners in prosecution of collection claims;
  •  commercial and residential landlords in claims for unlawful detainer, etc.; and
  • businesses alleging or defending contract claims and business torts.

Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law where he was a member of the McNeill Society and was also the Manuscripts Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law & Technology.
