Ben Lacy concentrates his practice on the life, health, property and casualty insurance industry, including insurers, providers and agents; as well as, providing representation to regional and national insurance companies in the legislative and regulatory process.

Ben also has extensive experience with the regulatory and administrative process before the Virginia State Corporation Commission. He has represented numerous carriers and agents in market conduct examinations before the Bureau of Insurance.

He currently serves as chairman of the Governmental Relations practice group and represents numerous organizations, carriers and businesses before the Virginia General Assembly.  For the past six years, Ben's peers have named him in Virginia Business' "Legal Elite" recognizing him for his governmental relations and business practice.
