Broderick Dunn is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation practice group. He focuses on defending companies and their employees in business disputes, pursuing collections actions and judgments, and handling civil litigation for a variety of clients. He works in the firm's Richmond office.
Broderick has been involved in matters concerning federal antitrust litigation, employment discrimination disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, settlement negotiations, debtor's interrogatories and other legal aspects of civil complaints. During law school, he worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee of U. S. District Court in Alexandria.
While in law school, Broderick served as Secretary of the Black Law Students Association and was the recipient of a Claytor Family Endowment Scholarship. He earned his law degree at Washington and Lee University School of Law after taking his undergraduate degree at Williams College.
He currently serves on the Boards of the Woodberry Forest School Advisory Council and the local Woodberry Forest Association.
