Her practice is focused primarily on medical malpractice defense, but she also counsels and represents families in adoption proceedings. Colleen works in the Richmond office of the firm. Colleen has extensive experience in representing health care providers in connection with professional liability claims and risk management matters. She is a proven courtroom advocate, with experience in over 40 jury trials. She has an adoption law practice, as well, representing prospective adoptive parents and birth parents in connection with private placement, agency, and international adoptions. She teaches adult education courses on the topic of private adoption.
