Erin McNeill is a member of the Risk Management practice group as well as the Animal Law and Title Insurance Coverage, Claims, and Litigation teams. She focuses her law practice on the defense of private companies and individuals in insurance litigation related to toxic torts, general liability, products liability, and real estate litigation in state and federal courts. She works in the Richmond office of the firm.

Erin's case experience includes serving as the firm's 2008 summer associate, where she assisted with research, case preparation, document review, and other legal duties. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida, and is also a graduate of the Marshall-Wythe Law School at the College of William and Mary.  At graduation, Erin received the Hermann Prize which is awarded to the student or students who, in the opinion of the Dean, president of the National Center for State Courts, and the director of the Center for Legal and Court Technology demonstrated the greatest potential for contributing to the enhancement of the efficient administration of justice through the innovative use of technology.

She also received the Family Law Book Award, given by the Virginia State Bar Family Law section in conjunction with the Dean and William and Mary's Family Law professor to the student who has demonstrated the most promise and potential for the practice of family law. She was honored with the Gambrell Professionalism Award, which recognizes the student from each of the Legal Skills sections who best represent professionalism, public service, integrity, and dedication to the improvement of legal skills, and the Legal Skills Scholar Award, given annually by the Legal Skills Program to recognize graduating students who have received honors in at least three semesters of Legal Skills, the Law School's innovative two-year program in legal research, writing, professional responsibility and client representation skills.

Erin serves as adjunct law professor with the College of William and Mary. She teaches Constitutional Literacy, a class that fosters mentorship between law students and the community by training law students to teach classes on the government and Constitution in area schools.
