Gladys Yates is a member of the Government group. She focuses her practice on legal issues facing localities and other public entities, including school boards. Gladys concentrates on employment, social services, and local taxation issues and has experience in many other areas as well. She provides legal counsel and representation in litigation and before administrative and regulatory bodies.

With over ten years general local government experience, Gladys has expertise in personnel, real estate, contract, procurement, tax assessment, delinquent tax collection, Freedom of Information Act and many other issues confronting localities and school boards. She is a former assistant city attorney for Roanoke and Lynchburg.
