Gladys Yates is a member of the Local Government practice group. She focuses her practice on legal issues facing localities and other public entities, including employment issues, real estate property transactions, procurement and contracts. She provides preventative legal counsel and representation in litigation and before administrative and regulatory bodies.
In addition to general local government experience, Gladys has extensive and specific experience in personnel issues, real estate, contracts, child abuse and neglect, tax assessment and delinquent tax collections. She is a former assistant city attorney for Roanoke and Lynchburg.
