Heather Austin Jones is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation and Healthcare Practice Groups.  Her practice consists of a diverse mix of clients with special needs in commercial and tort litigation, professional liability including health care and lawyer malpractice defense, product liability and insurance coverage issues. She works in our D.C. Regional Office located in McLean, Virginia.  

Prior to and during law school, Heather worked for the Federal Judicial Center, the research and education agency of the federal judicial system.  During her 10 years there, Heather gained extensive experience in the development and production of video and live training broadcasts for the Federal Judicial Television Network in furtherance of the continuing education and training of federal judges, court employees, pretrial services and probation officers, and others.  Heather also worked in television news while pursuing her undergraduate degree.
