Jack Russell has over 35 years of experience in defending medical negligence claims involving a wide variety of health care professionals and institutions.  His clients have ranged from assisted care facilities to doctors of every specialty including one of the country's premier heart transplant surgeons.

He has appeared numerous times before state regulatory boards representing health care providers.  He has also been a frequent lecturer in legal medicine at the Medical College of Virginia and a visiting lecturer at the University of Virginia Medical School.  He participates in institutes, seminars and lectures pertaining to professional liability including:
