Jayne A. Pemberton - Counsel
 

Jayne Pemberton is a member of the Risk Management practice group and concentrates her practice on the defense of companies and individuals in insurance litigation, and on insurance coverage issues. Jayne also focuses on defense of toxic torts including defense of lead paint litigation. Her experience extends to both state and federal court.

Jayne speaks on legal issues at state and national meetings. Recent engagements have included the topic of defending lead paint litigation at the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys 2006 fall meeting and on examinations under oath at the International Association of Special Investigations Units. Both these areas are special concentrations for her insurance and defense practice.
