Justin Ward is a member of the Risk Management Practice Group.  He concentrates his practice on the defense of automobile, commercial trucking, premises liability and products liability cases.

Recent successful cases handled by Justin include:

• Obtaining a defense verdict at trial in a commercial transportation case.
• Successfully arguing a demurrer striking a cross-claim against corporate client in a premises liability case.

Justin is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: Virginia, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Justin graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he was a Colvin Scholarship Recipient and a Moot Court Competition quarterfinalist.
