Lisa Taylor Hudson - Counsel
 

Lisa Taylor Hudson is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation and Business, Finance & Real Estate practice groups.  She concentrates primarily on state and federal commercial litigation issues dealing with contracts, business torts, professional liability, consumer protection, collections, and the Uniform Commercial Code.  She also focuses her practice on bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters as a former bankruptcy law clerk.

Lisa is a founding board member of the Virginia Network of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation ("IWIRC"). Lisa also serves on the Metropolitan Richmond Leadership Council for the American Cancer Society, served as 2006-07 Chair of the Richmond Daffodil Days Campaign and as the 2007-08 Chair, also. As a member of the Virginia Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section, Lisa participates in the Richmond Mentoring Program with local elementary schools and served as a Junior Achievement volunteer for several years. Lisa is an annual participant in the Virginia Bar Association's Community Service Program, both as a pro bono volunteer and as a community servant.  Lisa chairs the Richmond Bar Association's CLE Committee since 2007. She is a member of the Chi Omega Richmond Alumnae Chapter, serving as the Philanthropy Chair and the liaison to the local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Lisa is also a member of the Chi Omega Fraternity Advisory Board at The College of William & Mary. She serves as a liturgist, member of the Board of Trustees, and children's ministry volunteer at Greenwood United Methodist Church.
