Paul Emigholz is a member of the Workers' Compensation & Business Finance and Real Estate practice groups. He focuses his practice on workers' compensation defense and real estate litigation. Paul works at the Richmond location of the firm.

Paul's previous legal experience includes real estate practice and general civil litigation. His previous government work experience includes internships at the Henrico County Attorney's office, the Canadian Consulate General's office in Seattle, the Chesterfield Commonwealth Attorney's office and the Richmond Public Defender's Office. He is a member of the Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities and the Virginia Historical Society.
