 Stephen V. Durbin is a member of the Local Government Practice Group. His practice focuses on local government issues including enforcement actions, regulatory matters, zoning and land use issues. Steve works in the New River Valley Office located in Blacksburg, Virginia. Steve has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters in his previous general practice work. While attending law school, Durbin worked as a Research Assistant for the National Center for State Courts and interned for the United States Army, Judge Advocate General in San Antonio, Texas.
