Tania M. L. Saylor is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on commercial and tort litigation, and on professional liability including malpractice defense. She works in our D.C. Regional Office located in McLean, Virginia.

Tania's experience includes working in litigation preparation and documentation for a large national insurance defense firm and for the in-house law firm at State Farm Insurance.  She has prepared and tried matters in premises liability, defense of simple and complex property liability and claims, and medical malpractice defense.

Ms. Saylor graduated from the University of Virginia in 1999 with a B.A. in Economics.  She earned a J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law in 2003.

Ms. Saylor is active in the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the Fairfax Bar Association.  She currently serves on the Board of the Fairfax Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
