Timothy Singh is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation practice group and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation and collections work. He is based in the firm's Richmond office.

Tim has tried cases in general district court and has appeared in circuit court to argue substantive motions. Tim frequently drafts motions and legal memoranda on issues of law and public policy. He also has experience in the formation and implementation of defense and coverage strategies, aided by his history as a claims professional in the insurance industry.  While in law school, he served summers at the U. S. Department of Transportation and the Institute of International Banking Law and Practice.
