Bill Gray is a member of our Business, Finance and Real Estate practice group, concentrating his practice in bankruptcy and creditors' rights. He is also a member of our Lobbying and Government Relations practice group. 

Bill has two decades of experience in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation.  Presently, Bill represents both secured and unsecured creditors in major bankruptcy proceedings nationwide, for matters such as:

• Defense of preferential and fraudulent conveyance claims;
• Relief from the Automatic Stay;
• Assumption or rejection of executory contracts and leases;
• Objections to Proof of Claims
• Objection to dischargeability of debt

For our Lobbying practice, Bill represents a variety of associations and businesses in legislative matters before the Virginia General Assembly. He also has extensive experience with regulatory and administrative matters before state regulatory agencies.

Bill is the former chairman of the Henrico Business Council for the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce (2007-2008) and represents the firm on the Board of the Chamber. Bill has been rated BV by his peers through the Martindale Hubbell Peer Rating System.
