Sands Anderson Marks & Miller is expanding our Construction Law Practice, which concentrates in the representation of owners, developers, contractors, builders, suppliers and manufacturers. We are seeking lateral candidates with a significant practice in construction law to join our established team.
Experienced Litigation Associate to join our Richmond Construction Law Practice, which concentrates in the representation of owners, developers, contractors, builders, suppliers and manufacturers. We are seeking lateral candidates with 5-7 years of litigation experience, construction specialty preferred. VA licensure required
Sands Anderson Marks & Miller is expanding our Business, Finance and Real Estate Practice that specializes in assisting small and medium size business owners. We are seeking lateral candidates with a significant practice in business formations and restructuring, asset and stock sales, mergers and acquisitions, securities, ERISA and other compliance audits to join our established team. Ideal candidate will possess eight plus years of general corporate and transactions experience; proven research, writing and transaction skills; ability to work independently and produce a high quality work product in a team oriented practice; strong communication and interpersonal skills; VA licensure required.
