We mourn the passing of our friend and colleague Philip C. Baxa after a heart attack November 23. Phil had joined us only this summer, continuing his long and illustrious career in finance and construction law. He immediately became a valued counselor in our business and litigation practices, but, more importantly, Phil became a member of our professional family. Our deepest condolences go to his family, friends and clients.
