Faculty:
R. Oliver Branch - Mr. Branch is on the International Business and Immigration teams at the firm and practices in the Research Triangle office of the firm. His focus is immigration law and compliance issues, and he is a frequent leader of I-9 and Visa compliance sessions for companies in Virginia and North Carolina.
Mark M. Caldwell, III - Mr. Caldwell is on the Employment, Risk Management and Workers' Compensation teams and is a shareholder of the firm. His two decades of law practice have focused on employment issues, insurance litigation and workers' compensation claims defense. He practices in the Blacksburg office.
James E. Cornwell, Jr. - Mr. Cornwell is on the International Business, Land Use and Local Government Teams, is a shareholder and manages the Blacksburg office of the firm. His law practice focuses on representing local governments as county or city attorney, and in the role of special counsel for other municipal agencies and authorities, and on International business and economic development.
Michael P. Kuhn - Mr. Kuhn is on the International Business and Immigration teams at the firm and practices in the Richmond office. His focus is international business transactions, international trade arrangements, economic development and immigration.
