RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (November 2, 2001).... Thomas L. Bricken has joined the law firm of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller, facilitating the creation of the firm's Fredericksburg office.
Bricken, formerly of Bricken & Associates, has been named the managing attorney for the Fredericksburg office. He has practiced in Fredericksburg for over 20 years and focuses in the areas of local government, land use, eminent domain, business and real estate. Bricken commented "joining Sands Anderson enables us to offer our clients more services in the areas of litigation, transactional and employment among others."
The opening of the Fredericksburg office marks the second new office for the firm in 2001. C. Thomas Ebel, president of the firm, commented "the location of this office will give us the opportunity to serve the rapidly growing Fredericksburg area." Earlier this year, Sands Anderson established its first out-of-state office in the Research Triangle in North Carolina. The firm, headquartered in Richmond, also has an office in Radford, Virginia.
