Graves Selected as Vice Chair of Risk Management Group

(December 16, 2004) -Terrence L. Graves has been selected as vice chair of the Risk Management practice group for Sands Anderson Marks & Miller, one of Virginia's oldest and largest law firms, firm President C. Thomas Ebel announced today.
Graves focuses his practice on the defense of products liability, automobile, commercial trucking and premises liability cases. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School in 1991 and his B.A. from Howard University in 1986. Graves is a partner and has been a member of the Risk Management practice group since joining the firm in 1991. Graves will work with the group's chair, Albert M. Orgain IV, to manage the activities of 20 attorneys and 12 paralegals and staff. He will be the point of contact for the group's personnel matters. Orgain noted, "Terrence has been a leader in our group from the beginning. He is an effective and productive litigator who is well liked by his fellow attorneys and our staff. I know that he will perform well in this new official role. He has already been serving in this capacity unofficially."
