Thomas Wochok Joins Litigation Groups

MCLEAN, VIRGINIA --- Thomas M. Wochok has joined Sands Anderson PC in our McLean office as a member of the Healthcare and Business and Professional Litigation groups, firm President M. Pierce Rucker announced today.

"Tom's deep experience in the court and among important clients in business and insurance will enable us to better serve our clients as well as address our busy trial schedule," Rucker remarked.

Wochok was most recently with Hamilton Altman Canale & Dillon, LLC, in Fairfax, but his 30+ year career includes serving as in-house counsel with the St. Paul Fire and Marine and Travelers Insurance Companies as well as serving these and other insurance clients in private practice. His civil litigation practice focuses especially in the areas of medical malpractice, products and premises liability, construction liability and nursing home liability.

Wochok earned his B.A. at The Catholic University of America, magna cum laude, his J.D. at The University of Toledo and LL.M. in international and comparative law from Georgetown University, with distinction. 

Wochok has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since  1999. He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America
