What Have the Courts Done to or for Us Lately?
Registration is closed for this event.
Recent court decisions on performance evaluations, wage and hour exemptions, the Family & Medical Leave Act, restrictive covenants and the elements of proof in workplace discrimination cases are all having immediate impact within human resources decisions and daily HR activities for the workplace. Moreover, these court decisions can sometimes have ramifications or implications beyond their apparent narrow scope. In this seminar, Sands Anderson attorneys will present an overview of some of the most important recent court rulings and explain what they mean for employers.
