The Bush Court is beginning to put its stamp on the workplace, and recent legisla-
tion may mean you need to revise your practices and policies. Attorney Gladys
Yates has screened recent court decisions and legislation, and will tell you how they
significantly impact the way employers manage their businesses.

facing localities and other public entities. She is a former assistant city attorney for
Roanoke and Lynchburg.
