Most employees don't like performance evaluations and most employers are inconsistent in using them. BUT, performance evaluations are critical for management of personnel. In this session, attorneys Mike DeCamps and Gladys Yates will offer insights on how to effectively and legally conduct performance evaluations.

Mr. DeCamps has been recognized by his peers for the last six years in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite for his employment practice. He is listed in the 2006 and 2007 editions of Virginia Super Lawyers. He has practiced in the labor and employment field for over 25 years.
Ms. Yates focuses her practice on employment issues. She also handles legal issues facing localities and other public entities, including employment issues. She is a former assistant city attorney for Roanoke and Lynchburg.
