Hardy has served on the Board of Directors of Women's Health Virginia since 2007. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a registered nurse on medical surgical, ICU step-down, and psychiatry and substance abuse units. As a registered nurse, Hardy brings a unique perspective to the representation of health care providers. She received her Nursing Diploma from Johnston-Willis Hospital School of Nursing, B.S. from University of Richmond, M.B.A. from Old Dominion University, and her J.D. from College of William & Mary.
