The eight attorneys who compose the team are divided between the Blacksburg and Richmond locations and defend workers' compensation claims for employers across the state before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission and state appellate courts, when necessary.
Lambert comes to Sands Anderson with experience in bankruptcy, business disputes, domestic relations, personal injury, real estate disputes and workers' compensation claims in his previous general litigation work. He earned his J.D. at University of Kentucky College of Law and his B.A. from Virginia Military Institute.
