Ebel Elected as Chairman of Bankruptcy Section of the Bar Association of the City of Richmond

Thomas Ebel, president of the law firm of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller, P.C. was elected Chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the Bar Association of the City of Richmond at its regular monthly meeting on May 12, 2005, Douglas P. Rucker, Jr., member of the Board of Directors, announced today.

Ebel heads the firm's bankruptcy group and possesses over 25 years of experience in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, commercial, business, corporate and real estate law.
