Russell LawsonEpes Joins Local Government Practice In Radford
(October 12, 2005)… Travis H. Epes, IV, has joined the Local Government practice group of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller, in the law firm’s Radford office, James E. Cornwell, managing shareholder, announced today.
“Travis is a welcome addition to our office who will help represent the increasing number of cities, counties and other public authorities who call on our firm for legal assistance,” said Cornwell.
Epes joins Sands Anderson after practicing with Joseph Graham Painter, Jr., P.C., in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he gained courtroom experience in Montgomery County District, Juvenile & Domestic and Circuit Court, as well as Pulaski County Circuit Court.
His other experience includes representing parents and children, as well as local Social Services agencies in parental rights, abuse and neglect, juvenile detention, and general juvenile justice matters.
Epes earned his undergraduate degree from Roanoke College and his J.D. at the Appalachian School of Law.
