Sands Anderson Marks & Miller Elects New Shareholder and Counsel

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (February 3, 2005) . The shareholders of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller recently elected Jeffrey H. Geiger to shareholder status, C. Thomas Ebel, president of the firm, announced today. Five additional attorneys were promoted to counsel status. They are Michael R. Bedsaul, John G. Butler, III, M. Ann Neil Cosby, Kenneth T. Roeber and Jeffrey W. Saunders.

Geiger is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation practice group, focusing on complex civil litigation, intellectual property, legal malpractice and business law.
