Sean R. Mackin

Sean is a steady and thorough advocate who counsels clients in commercial litigation matters.

As an associate in Sands Anderson’s litigation practice group, Sean focuses on supporting the general litigation needs of businesses and executives. Much of his experience lies with representing commercial transportation companies, hospitality organizations, retail stores, and restaurants. Through litigation or negotiation, Sean helps clients efficiently resolve matters related to premises liability, products liability, contract disputes, business torts, and insurance coverage disputes. He has experience in Virginia’s state and federal trial courts.

In addition, Sean’s education in and experience with negotiations and mediations enable him to provide clients knowledgeable guidance when assessing fair and accurate values of claims.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys playing soccer and exploring Richmond with his dogs.
