A Message To Our Clients: Sands Anderson’s Response to COVID-19

Sands Anderson would like to take a moment to reassure our clients of the precautions we are taking to keep our community and workplace safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. We continue to closely monitor the situation following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local government authorities, and are prepared to quickly respond and adapt in order to maintain operations and service to all clients.

Effective March 25, all Sands Anderson office locations will be closed to the public. We will not be hosting any events or large meetings in our offices and are working to limit in-person meetings whenever possible. We are happy to offer an alternative means of in-person communication through Zoom video conferencing, and as always our attorneys are available by phone and email.

If you have a specific need for an in-person meeting, please contact your attorney directly.

We have implemented increased safety measures to help prevent the spread of the virus in our workplace. All nonessential work-related travel has been suspended. Any employee who has traveled domestically or internationally, or been in a questionable situation of exposure, has been asked to self-quarantine for a period of 14 days or work remotely per CDC recommendations.

So that we can do our part and be part of the solution, we’re prepared with a business continuity plan to help ensure uninterrupted client service while our attorneys and staff work remotely. Regardless of the situation, we’ll continue our focus on maintaining secure and reliable technology and business platforms to enable our work for our clients.
