RICHMOND, Va. (July 7, 2021) – Sands Anderson PC today announced Megan Lisa Watkins has joined the Firm as Counsel. An experienced education law attorney, Watkins advises public school divisions and school boards on an array of matters from special education to student disciplinary issues. She will be based in Sands Anderson’s Richmond office and will be a member of the firm’s School & Education Law Team.
“Megan is the perfect addition to our Government Group and growing School & Education Law Team,” said firm president Margaret Hardy. “Her overarching education law experience, developed through her in-house role as well as her work as a high school teacher and child advocate, will be of great value to our school clients.”
