For over 16 years, Brian Muse has offered complete consultative guidance for clients navigating labor and employment law. By balancing a thoughtfulness and in-depth knowledge of the law, Brian’s principled, tailored support helps his clients address their unique business goals. His legal strengths lie in both litigation and counseling, and he supports an array of client needs including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. In addition, Brian has experience representing clients in labor matters, including unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB and Union grievances.
Brian is a member of Sands Anderson’s Community Association Team. He applies his experience advising employers to Associations of all sizes. Brian understands the unique business and legal needs of Associations and uses that knowledge to find practical solutions to employment and litigation issues.

After spending six-years supporting a global law firm in northern Virginia, Brian returned home to Williamsburg. He joined Sands Anderson in 2016 and serves clients in the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
