Brian P. Clarke

An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Brian is an associate in Sands Anderson’s litigation practice group. He thrives on being able to ascertain the pertinent issues in a complex problem or fact pattern and identifying the best course of action for his clients.

Brian’s practice primarily involves all things property. His focus includes supporting condemning authorities with acquisitions of real property, handling easement and real property purchase disputes, lease negotiations and litigation, and construction matters. Brian also handles appeals, constitutional issues, and represents fellow legal professionals in connection with disciplinary matters and claims of malpractice.

When not in the office, Brian enjoys hiking as well as playing basketball and tennis. He also enjoys watching sports and is an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.
