Lilias represents employers in state and federal courts, as well as in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and U.S. Department of Labor. She also conducts workplace investigations and counsels employers on responding to sensitive workplace concerns. Her experience includes matters involving discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment allegations, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and other employment-related disputes.
