W. Lane Nuckols

Based in Virginia Beach, Lane draws on his experience as a former litigator to help companies understand exactly what their rights, responsibilities, or liabilities might be in transactional matters. He regularly works with his clients to evaluate their position, draft or revise documents, address problems, and make informed decisions.

Outside of work, he enjoys history, the financial markets, reading, music, and spending time outdoors.
