For over a decade, LaRana Owens has helped school divisions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia navigate challenging situations. LaRana’s clients face an array of legal matters, including special education, student discipline, constitutional law, and government investigations. No matter the scenario, LaRana is a calm, determined ally when clients need her most.
