Peter Reinsel Joins Sands Anderson’s Commercial Real Estate Team in Virginia Beach

Sands Anderson PC today announced Peter M. Reinsel has joined the Commercial Real Estate Team in the firm's Virginia Beach office. Reinisel advises developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and lenders on commercial real estate transactions and related business matters.

Reinsel represents clients through all phases of a transaction, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, financing, and closing. His practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, development agreements, easements, and financing documents, as well as managing title, survey, and closing matters for complex transactions and development projects.

Prior to joining Sands Anderson, Reinsel served in an in-house legal role focused on commercial leasing, where he drafted, negotiated, and managed lease agreements across multiple properties.
