Favorite Book: A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin

Peter Reinsel advises developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and lenders on commercial real estate transactions and related business matters. He works with clients through all phases of a transaction, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, financing, and closing, with a focus on practical solutions that help deals move forward efficiently.

Peter’s experience includes both private practice and in-house legal work, giving him insight into the operational and business considerations that shape real estate transactions. His in-house experience was heavily concentrated on commercial leasing, including drafting, negotiating, and managing lease agreements across multiple properties. Clients rely on him for concise, actionable guidance that balances legal risk with business objectives, timelines, and operational realities.

His practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, development agreements, easements, and financing documents. He also manages title, survey, and closing matters across complex transactions and development projects.

Outside the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons. He is a proud fan of the Wahoos and Notre Dame Fighting Irish and enjoys brewing beer, collecting vinyl records, and working out.
