Attorney William Homer Joins Sands Anderson in Williamsburg
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (February 10, 2026) – Sands Anderson PC today announced William J. Homer IV has joined the firm's Williamsburg office as an associate. Homer helps healthcare, business, and construction clients navigate the complex legal challenges that affect day-to-day operations, major projects, and long-term planning.
Homer's practice focuses on advising healthcare organizations on compliance, transactions, reimbursement, government investigations, and related disputes. He regularly works with healthcare clients to assess exposure, respond to inquiries, and make informed decisions at critical moments. Homer also advises developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on construction matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, project disputes, and construction defect claims.

Earlier in his career, Homer served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. He also previously served as an officer in the United States Air Force, where he was deployed multiple times in support of combat operations and was awarded two Air Medals for meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight.
