Sands Anderson’s Litigation Group Adds Montgomery Fletcher in Durham

DURHAM, N.C. (July 14, 2026) – Sands Anderson PC today announced Montgomery Fletcher has joined the firm’s Durham office. As an attorney in the firm’s business litigation practice, Fletcher represents businesses and property owners in commercial disputes and provides strategic guidance for managing risk and protecting ongoing operations

Fletcher serves as counsel to middle-market and closely held businesses in complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts. He also advises multifamily housing owners and property management firms on landlord-tenant issues, fair housing compliance, and risk management strategies. He works with clients from early case assessment through trial and has experience in premises, product, and professional liability matters
