Virginia Lawyers Weekly Recognizes Elizabeth L. White as a 2025 Go-To Lawyer in Commercial Real Estate

RICHMOND, Va. (July 23, 2025) — Sands Anderson attorney Elizabeth L. White was named a Go To Lawyer for Virginia commercial real estate law by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. 

White has decades of experience assisting developers, landowners, investors, financial institutions, local governments, and common interest communities with real estate issues. Her practice focuses on helping master planned communities and condominiums with everything from forming and operating their associations to managing and governing efficiently.

A longtime member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and its prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers, White has a national reputation in community association law.
