Partin’s practice focuses on family law and divorce as well as construction litigation and eminent domain. He is a member of the firm’s Business & Professional Litigation Group and the Business Group. Partin is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible designation based on the opinions of other lawyers and judges. His has been included Virginia Business, “Legal Elite” for Family/Domestic Relations in 2006 and from 2010-2014. Partin has been listed in the Family Law section of the Virginia Super Lawyers® since 2011.
Partin earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his law degree from the University of Richmond.
