The quarterly gatherings target the region’s businesses, particularly those involved in commercial real estate, and gives the audience an inside view of four of the area’s most talked-about new real estate development projects.
Prior to the panel presentation on June 8th, Tom Ebel, head of Sands Anderson’s Commercial Real Estate Team, will briefly comment on the firm’s role in the sale of the property. Ebel was appointed by the Circuit of the City of Richmond as Liquidating Trustee to sell the property.
The panel presenters are Yogi Singh and his group that bought the building in 2014, as well as Capital Square founder Louis Rogers, representatives from Hourigan Construction and Fultz Architects.
